Samson and the Lion

12th century
Capital of an engaged column
The Old Cathedral, Salamanca

With his long hair, Samson "tore the lion as he would have torn a kid in pieces, having nothing at all in his hand" (Judges 14:6). So far, this is the only image of Samson I have photographed. When there are more, I will construct a head page for him.
